cna you find script?

i found file at erotic voices, but some files are not have script. so i download same named file few times. but that make me break my tome too much. i'm no well at japanese
. so i have translation script in my language. is there anyone howto classification some files have script or not?

in my way, i just download first. but that is too Outdated way
