Just delete the AutoTranslator folder from the game directory. This should be enough to remove the MTL.

EnableIMGUI=False
EnableUGUI=False
EnableNGUI=False
EnableTextMeshPro=False
EnableTextMesh=False
EnableFairyGUI=False

It should turn off most of the translation, if not all.
