@desmondsph, are you perhaps downloading using your browser instead of a third party downloader engine? They sometime said your download was complete even thought it failed halfway.

You can use the alternative such as torrent and XDCC download.

Somehow I manage to get a full downloaded one, had already downloaded sometime ago before this attempt

but all current attempt from XXDC , browser and jdownloader all completed at 86.9MB
