General Forum Rules

1. Do NOT disrespect any of the other members. This means NO trolling, flaming or public bashing.
   NOTE: If you have an issue with another member try to resolve it in private; if it is site related, a staff member may be able to help.
   No bashing of our staff, or discussion of any of their decisions in public, is allowed or tolerated. If you feel a staff member has been unfair, you may contact an administrator/super moderator to resolve the issue.
2. Try to be active and post regularly. Although not mandatory it will increase your member status.
3. No hentai, including images of nudity, in your signatures or avatars. Try to keep the adult stuff in the hentai sections, please.
4. No overly obscene language.
   NOTE: Obscene language is not forbidden but be sensible and don't go over the top...
5. No spaming. Try to post constructively and in keeping with the current topic. The spam and forum games sections are exempt from this rule.
6. No discussions about politics or religions. Any thread about these (or turning into one of these) will be closed on sight.
7. Don't post hidden links on public boards/blogs/whatever. This includes the public sections of AS.
8. Do not post personal details on the public forum. Use your profile and your personal blogs to post personal info that you might want other members to see.
9. Use the forum's search feature before posting a problem or question (chances are it has been answered before).
10. Do not post the contents of Personal Messages, either sent or received, without the express consent of both parties. They are personal, keep them that way.
11. NO ADVERTISING in the forum unless expressly permitted by an administrator. Please note that mentioning of other websites (including other forums, communities, or blogs, whether or not related to anime/manga), products or services is not considered advertisement.
12. Only English language is to be used in the forum (except for Japanese in names and descriptions).
13. Do not fully quote long posts. If you need to quote a specific post (that is lengthy) in your reply, edit out the bits that aren't relevant.
14. No profanity/racism/URLs as user names.
15. Necroposting without a good reason is not allowed.

Be thoughtful and helpful and do not abuse our staff publicly or privately - you will be banned. We all make mistakes: If you make one and get a warning: Take it, it will not be there for long. If you feel you have been subject to abuse or haven’t been treated fairly by our staff, contact an administrator/super moderator with the situation and it will be dealt with.

Staff Discretion Applies
Anime Sharing staff will use their own discretion and judgment to apply any action that is deemed necessary. All staff decisions will be deemed final unless there is just cause for review by an administrator/super moderator on request of a member.

All administrator decisions are final.

1. メンバーは、積極的かつコンスタントに投稿等の活動を行うことが求められます。これは義務ではありませんが、会員としての地位が上昇します。
2. ヌード画像を含めて、18禁画像を、シグネイチャやアバターに使用してはなりません。18禁画像等は、HENTAI、つまりアダルト専門のセクション等に限って使用が許されます。
3. 品位のない言葉を使い過ぎないでください。
   注記：品位のない言葉等は、絶対禁止という訳ではありませんが、微妙な面があり、目立たない程度に留めてください。
4. スパムは原則、禁止します。投稿は、スレッドの話題に沿った、建設的な内容となるよう配慮願います。当フォーラムには、「スパム・セクション」と「フォーラム・ゲーム」があります。ここではスパム的な投稿も許容されます（限度がありますから、先の投稿を参考に順当な発言等を心がけてください）。
5. 政治や宗教についての議論は禁止します。このようなスレッドは、即座に、閉鎖されます。

他のメンバーに親切で、助けとなるよう心がけてください。またスタッフの指示を、公的乃至個人的に無視・攻撃してはなりません。守らない場合、追放・アクセス禁止処分がありえます。人間は誰しも過ちを犯します。あなたが過ちを犯し、警告を受けた場合、これを受け入れ、改善を心がけてください。あなたが、スタッフから虐待とか、不当な扱いを受けていると感じた場合、ADMIN（アドミニストレータ）またはスーパー・モデレータに、連絡してください。対応がなされます。

スタッフの裁量権限
Anime-Sharing（アニメ・シェアリング）のスタッフは、自己の判断と裁量において、必要なアクションを取ります。スタッフによる裁量アクションは、メンバーの要請に応じて、ADMIN（アドミニストレータ）またはスーパー・モデレータが、見直しの必要があると判断しない限り、すべて最終的な決定となります。

1. Tôn trọng mọi người, lịch sự, văn minh, cư xử hoà nhã. Không gây gỗ, công kích, khiêu khích.
   Lưu ý: Nếu bạn có vấn đề riêng với một cá nhân, xin vui lòng sử dụng các hình thức liên lạc riêng tư (Private Message, Email).
   Không khiêu khích với nhân viên quản lý Forum. Nếu bạn cảm thấy một nhân viên của Forum đối xử không công bằng, bạn có thể liên hệ với Quản Trị Viên.
2. Không bàn bạc về các vấn đề chính trị, tôn giáo. Các bài viết, hay chủ đề có liên quan sẽ bị xoá, khoá mà không cần cảnh báo.
3. Forum khuyến khích thành viên tham gia hoạt động, đóng góp cho Forum, tuy không bắt buộc.
4. Không đăng tải các bài mang nội dung khiêu dâm, thô tục (trên Avatar, hoặc Signature) trừ các Forum dành riêng cho mục đích này.
5. Giới hạn chửi thề, văng tục.
   Note: Forum không cấm, nhưng giới hạn văng tục, chửi thề trong bài viết.
6. Không Spam. Vui lòng đăng tải các bài viết liên quan đến chủ đề, gởi chủ đề phù hợp với forum. Không lạm dụng các kiểu chữ, màu sắc & kích cỡ chữ không cần thiết, đặt tiêu đề què cụt, tối nghĩa.

   Não será permitido nem tolerado qualquer ofensa à nossa equipa, ou discussão em público sobre uma decisão sua. Se sentir que um membro da equipa responsável foi injusto, poderá contactar um administrador ou super-moderador para resolver a questão.
2. Não discuta sobre política ou religião. Qualquer tópico sobre isto (ou que se torne nisto) será fechado de imediato;
3. Tente ser activo e postar com regularidade. Embora não seja obrigatório irá aumentar o seu estatuto de membro;
4. Não é permitido hentai, nem imagens de nudez, nos avatares e assinaturas. Tente manter conteúdo adulto nas secções de hentai, por favor;
