- Topic Title: Keep it short and to the point. The title should always contain the name of the eroge, everthing else is optional.
- Official title (in kanji).
- Boxshot: The boxshot or cover image of the game.
- Release Date: Day, month, and year of release.
- Company: The producers or publishers of the eroge.
- A relevant link to Getchu and/or VNDB.
- Screenshots: These have to be, of couse, from the actual eroge you're uploading.

- Romaji: Transliteration or translation of the title.
- Description or small synopsis of the game.
- Anything else benefiting the users.
