btw In that classification a char+ev+bg+sys is a L3 or L4, I'm right? L2 is only EV?

Game is also available now.

L1 means it isn't possible to extract game data directly, so only CG cap is available.
L2 means combination is needed for some of the content. It would take a lot of time, or is currently impossible to do, so it is considered an intermediate release.
L3 means it is combined, or no combining is required.
