How do I install the game? I'm using Daemon Tools to mount, but installer doesn't autorun, and when I click setup in disc, it shows below:

Windows10(64bit) 動作不可・インストール不可

I tried installing on a Japanese Windows XP virtual machine
After mounting I noticed there's no autorun on my end as well
clicked 愛のメイドホテル物語　～愛しのスク水メイド～ but only get this message

Above says something like: "The installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is valid Windows installer package."

WMP isn't able to play the OP contained on the ISO either
If I click the data archive on the ISO, it says "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

Tried installing on Windows 2000 Japanese as well and ran into the same issues above

So there might be something wrong with Shine's upload

Side note: not sure if the mix mode CD contains anything important...only found wallpapers, music, and a trial version of the game on it

Please try to download and install again, my friend confirmed it works on XP

All the previous issues are gone now (no corrupt data archive, WMP can play OP, and I can install successfully)

I can play fine on Windows 2000 [VirtualBox 6.1]

Can you ask your friend if he used VirtualBox or VMware?
Also ask if he's ever gotten an error message like this and knows what the problem could be:
