For some reason the game won't start after I clicked on the icon. Basically the window goes up and then automatically closes, even if I'm using the provided no DVD icon.

I could not get pass the "now loading" after inputting the serial number in windows 7. i tried in windows xp and it worked after first try. could you help me with this?
