Also, once again I got really confused but realised I did investigate this one, and can totally confirm that it was never released for Windows or any other platform, only PC-9801.

Here you can see its related to another Creamy Lemon release called "Love Letter" and matches the release year which is 1995 (1995/08/04).
(not a game, is a CG+Movie clip collection from the +18 OVA made and some other media stuff)

Hope this makes it clear for everyone that wonders if this game really was ported to Windows, as in August 1995 it was quite rare that companies were releasing almost any content for Windows 95 at the time, with few exceptions by the end of that year, like Alicesoft, iirc.

yeah i am confused on this one since a long time if they really released windows version, i asked some people but they weren't sure either.
eiesoldar seems to have it (according to vndb), but no idea on how to contact that person to check if windows exist or not so i just left it here.
