Summary
The story of Steins;Gate takes place in Akihabara and is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN who has been doing their own research on time travel tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them.

If you used my links you should have the following files:
- s.rar <- contains STEINSGATE.exe (yes, this is the crack)
- SG.ISO <- main iso
- SG.MDS <- media descriptor
- SGCOS <- Cos patch folder, contains:
--- cgex.npa
--- nssex.npa
--- update.exe
--- update.ini
- SgUpdate110.exe <- 1.10 update patch

And why does it not work now? Does the game still ask for libvorbisfile.dll even after you've put it in the installation directory? Try following the instructions you see on the download page of that file then (C:\Windows\System32, reboot, etc...)

Even after you have libvorbisfile.dll in the game installation folder?

Recheck whether you have all these files in there (STEINSGATE.exe.old is just my backup of the original uncracked .exe, though).

Let's go through all the processes again:
- Mount SG.ISO.
- Install. Not recommended to be installed into a protected directory.
- Update the game by running SgUpdate110.exe.
- Copy STEINSGATE.exe from s.rar and replace the original one in where you installed the game.
- Run the game.

Known problems-

Asking for a certain .dll file: get the file you need from http://www.dll-files.com/ and put it in the game folder. If it still doesn't work, put it in C:\Windows\System32 and reboot your computer. If it still doesn't work, go to start -> run and type "regsvr32 <the .dll filename>" without the quotes.

Black screen after running the game: alt-tab and check if there's a window asking you about something releated to SdActi something. Just click OK if it asks you something like what's seen below:

Asking for an authentication ID: you did something wrong. Perhaps forgot to copy the crack or something. If unsure just reinstall the game and apply the crack as I instructed.

Similar crack problems happening even after applying the crack: there's a probability that you're using a crack that isn't compatible with the game's version. The crack I provided in the main post is meant for ver 1.00 to 1.10, if your game is a newer version like 1.20 try the crack in this post.

Hello, i have problem with the game, but i dont know what it is. I have installed the game like 5 times, i even downloaded the game from different torrent, but same problem. When i press start it just takes me back to the main screen. Theres missing some text from the mainscreen, maybe a hint what the problem might be? Heres a photo

happened to me way back then when I played a VN without having my locale set to Japanese (after installing it with non-Japanese locale as well).

That must be it, i read from other places that you needed that, so i got it japanese, but i propably didnt use japanese when i installed it. Ill test if thats the case. BTW is your operating system windows 7? it might be that it cant run on mine because its 64bit.

First I like to thank you for the game, Ignis! It works fine for me but I have one problem: I can neither install the update nor the cosplay patch. I´m always getting this message:

Do you know what´s the problem? I´m using Windows 7 and Japanese locale, by the way.
