Several mistakes from the original scanner of this book, basically pages out of order.

I've added a fixed version in the first post of this thread.
But if you have already downloaded the first file, you just have to follow these steps:

  • Delete 0070.jpg (duplicated image of 0066.jpg)
  • Rename images like this:

    0068.jpg to 0070.jpg, 0072.jpg to 0068.jpg, 0073.jpg to 0072.jpg, 0074.jpg to 0073.jpg,

I know there are many pages but as I mentioned above, this is a mistake from
the original scanner, I suggest to download the fixed version.
I'm sure other threads in this forum by other users have the same mistake.
