Just an FYI for anyone having a problem installing the game. I get an error when I mount both disks and then try to make the install, you have to mount the first disk, start the install and when it asks for the second disk, mount it in the SAME DRIVE as the first disk and the install will complete properly.

For some reason I can't install honey_03_plus0909k.
Getting this sort of error:

From my personal experience it means that I am trying to run x64 app on my x86 OS.
but that's weird for illusion to make just one patch/DLC be supported just by x64bit OS :(

P.S.
The game itself installed without any troubles or errors [unlike other people from comments]
honey_souki and honeys_yoyaku installed without errors too.

If you still having trouble...
What I did when I encountered that error was to MOUNT only one disk at a time, so it's like:

-Mount disk 1.
-when setup asks "disk 2", don't touch it.
-UNMOUNT disk 1.
-Mount disk 2, then continue the setup.

that's what solves it, well, for me.

I'm having some issues actually playing the game. I have Windows 10 (freshly upgraded).

I'm having issues starting the game after making characters. I'm just stuck/frozen in a room (room 1) with buttons/options like "see the girls" and nothing happens when I click it. Nothing happens when I click the "title" and "exit" buttons either, I have to press ESC to actually close the game. I didn't see any issues when I was mounting and installing (aka no error messages, did the "Unmount Disc 1 and mount Disc 2" thing)... This was happening when I didn't have the translation mod on either, I would start up the game and none of the buttons/options worked :/

Edit: Okay so somehow it's somewhatworking now, actually was able to register a girl to the room (after that though I couldn't do anything again, pretty much froze like I was mentioning earlier). I have no idea what is happening. Also, how the hell do you install the extra content?

I'll think you'll find that those freezing issues are related to bugs in the actual programming, as I've come across variations of them as well at random intervals and the only way you can close the game is by using alt+f4 (or other drastic measures), so I believe it's safe to say we'll have to wait for Illusion to work on some patches in the near future.

That seems to be a registry error. See if you can track down the registry key for the game and make sure that there aren't any invalid characters in it.

You may need to rewrite the key to match the game's installation directory.

I would recommend using the msi file to re-install the game after you have deleted the original registry key.
