Actually, the torrent file seems to be glitched somehow. The torrent is stuck at 99.8%, however, I was able to extract the files from the .rar and open the other files with no problem.

Delete torrent from your client (not files!) then add torrent downloaded from http://sukebei.nyaa.eu/?page=torrentinfo&tid=67089. After rehash it will be OK!

Simply replace the interface.xp3 in the game directory (best to make a backup first).
