It's a program similar to AGTH....think of it as the new AGTH that supports even more games without the need of codes. You can dl it at hongfire:

Dl the latest ITH 2.3 (2011.7.9) and the latest engine support module(10.15) that is right below it. All you to have to do later is unzip ITH 2.3, and put in a folder of your choice, and then unzip the latest engine support module and put the files in the folder you put up ITH...if is ask to override click yes.With this, your are set.

All left is start the game, then start ITH, on its window click Process, find the process of the game you are running on the list (it should be it at the top of the list), select it, then click Attach, then click Ok.The game in now hooked, and you got to select the thread that has the dialogs like you do with AGTH.When you find it, finally click Save on ITH window.From here out, every time ITH is running, and start you start this game, ITH will automatically hook the game, with the thread you had chosen.

If you still want to use agth, ith once succesfully hooked the game can generate a /h code that can be used with agth; i found it useful when i had troubles that agth solved by using /ks# and/or /kf#:# options.
