Best tool to rip Atelier Kaguya games?

I tried searching for KaguyaCut. But have no luck in finding that program. I need a program that can extract the animated files from the games. I have tried GARbro, Crass, and Extractdata. None have been able to extract any movie files.

KaguyaCut is for old (circa 2009) Atelier Kaguya titles. For more recent titles, use GARBro.

In the first place, you're wrong to assume that there are movie files. Atelier Kaguya uses a slideshow of still images for their animations.
