Help with Shakkin Shimai (借金姉妹)

I don't know where else to ask for help so I'm asking this here. I got and installed Shakkin Shimai 1 and 2 and can't get them to work. Shakkin Shimai 1 was just acting weird and Norton was having a seizure. I couldn't get it to work at all so I uninstalled it. I installed Shakkin Shimai 2 and it went smoothly but the game opens up with a black screen that says Now Loading, but nothing ever happens.

I feel like I've tried to play this game in the past and just gave up. There's no info anywhere online to help with some obscure eroge. I googled "借金姉妹2 now loading" and there's a old yahoo japan post of a guy asking about the same problem but the only solution was to uninstall and try again.

I honestly doubt anybody knows about this and can help but I thought I may as well ask. I'm gonna stupidly try Shakkin Shimai 2 After Story but I'm sure it'll be the same.

Maybe it just doesn't work on windows 10, but I'm desperate.

Edit: ok I don't care enough about these games any more to go through too much trouble so I'll give up

Your Anti-Virus may have been blocking some game files which are critical for the game to run, so try to whitelist them or temporarily disabled the AV entirely if you are sure the game files you have are legit, also make sure that your AV didn't delete or quarantined any of the game files before you do that. If you think its because the game is old and Windows10 does not support it you can always try to run it on a Virtual Machine with an older OS.

The black screen issue can be related to graphics, you can try updating your video drivers if you haven't already, also can be because of video codecs you have installed or lack of them, which in turn makes the game intro/video not play properly.
