Is it safe to download adult vns and anime and films and stuff in uni dorm

Going to go to a uni in UK but dont want to say goodbye to free download and VN and weebo stuff
But i am afraid the uni would find out and the consequences.
Should i use a VPN or something? Is it safe to download pirate stuff in the uni dorm in general

Use a VPN. Universities in various countries started cracking down on filesharing, though another UK member might give you a better answer.
Also, find out if there's an university-internal P2P network. Greater speeds and no monitoring. ;)
