Depending on the way of video being packed inside of the container, the title what you linked iirc was in xp3, so you will need XP3Viewer
As for the titles what come in unique container or they have frame animation ( evry single frame come as a separated png / bmp img) You need use somehting like bandicam, since bandi has it available to install additional codecs. When i was doing this stuff i used bandi + lossless codec, with out put from 80 - 110 gb / 30 min / 720p
As well as i tinkered the frame based, frames are a bitch to work with but to get you going - make sure to assume thouse to 30 fps and have a proper order with the naming like xxx-01.format, because you will ended up with the broken out of order clip.
