I live in a very unpleasant weather gets too hot during the day it made me lose focus, I used cooling by soaking in a tank, but it takes more time
let's talk about where you live?

Usually cold here :/ Maybe 3 days to a week of hot weather a year (during indian summer) and then foggy during summer, cloudy/rainy during spring/fall and cold clear skies during winter. Might have small pieces of hail somewhat randomly too.
