What is this Kanji?

I have searched by radicals, stroke, and used the IME pad but I can't seem to find this one particular kanji. If you know it, please tell me what it is.

Well if you mean an all explanation of Kanji it's contains chinese charecters but it's still Japanese, O-riginally Chinese people from what I know escaped to Japan when the emperor was building the great wall of China, well so Kanji is a mix of Chinese letters and Japanese but from what I heard people first learn Higarana and then Kanji
