recently, mahou shoujo madoka magica was a tearjerker to me. . I was scrambling to find tissue box.. . .~

Lelouch's death made me cry.

Seriously, that marked me first time crying for anime.

Although not an ending, Letter Bee made me cried a second time too in one of the filler episodes.
Why so? Well, something depicted in that episode happened to me back then just a few days ago. I could not stop crying after all my memories hit me back.

Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's ending made me shed man tears.

Yup same goes for me.
Luckily for me, I watched that anime alone, in my room, late at night. So nobody can watch me shed some tears.

The part where he cremate his dead sister is the saddest part for me.

And in the ending where he eventually dead, tend to make my heart a lil' bit ache, knowing that with his death, the family's name gone with him.

Clannad after story's ending was actually a good ending, but i shed quite a lot of tears till the end, guess they were tears of joy.
Also Angel Beats had actually good ending too, but it made a frog in to my throat. (you know the feeling).

Nothing tear producing for me, however there have been several that have moved me tremendously to the point that I could have cried.

Kannzuki no Miko, Clannad ~After Story~ , Ef - A Tale of Melodies, Ef - A Tale of Memories, Simoun, Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, Aoi Hana.

Just to name some. I have others I found to be rather moving.

I don't cry, but Grave of the Fireflies got me really, really close. The ending is very emotional and it's probably the most touching Ghibli movie.

Right now my top three are: Angel Beats! and Fate/Stay Night. They were amazing, but the endings were both so sad. My top one is Neon Genesis. That show absolutely made me cry 'til my I was dehydrated! it was a perfect mix of fear, sadness, expectancy, disbelief and that the show was over.

Man those Japanese know how to mix emotion into a show.

Grave of the Fireflies.
The scene where the boy had to cremate his dead lil' sister really touched me.
And when himself died on the day the war end, coz with his death, it mean the family name also die with him, nobody to carry on the name. The ending kinda leave me disturbed by that idea.
