well i guess you don't really understand what i'm trying to say... What ever you do, extract material from game archive and convert it to normal extension is rip. Because CG is Computer Graphic so char face is CG.
Return to you problem. I think the tool you use don't have the option to convert tlg to bmp. You can use other tool. In this case i suggest to use xp3viewer ( this tool can rip most of krkr2 game ). But you should have the game install on your computer and it must be playable.
The other tool is crass ( can extract material without have the game running ) but since it's out date or so long, new krkr2 game can't be ripped using crass.
P/s: because i know the file you send me is useless so i didn't download it. It seems you sent me files in tlg. There is nothing to do with its since i don't have tool to convert its. Well, why i need tool to convert tlg to bmp since i have the other tool do that while extracting from game archive?
