Anyway, Uguisu's route has the heaviest drama and a bitter tinge because of the personal sacrifices made by the protag. It casts a shadow over other stories so it feels right to read it last, or before you do the "after only" routes (Kanna's, Kiriko's, & Kirari's).
Uguisu's, Rein's, and Touka's routes have time leap/slip theme.
Seira's is the usual tone work's fare.
Kanna's, Kiriko's, & Kirari's are all light readings.
Personally, I recommend reading at least Touka's story before going into Uguisu's. It might feel less bitter that way. It's up to you though.
