Well, you are a bit right. Who I am does not matter at the moment. Right now I need to satisfy my curiosity in you, in a clean way:p
Maybe we can touch upon your preference for MMORPGs in the near future. But let's talk about eroge first. Having enough interest in a foreign culture to dedicate oneself to learn its language is something isn't it? For the talented individuals it may come off as something easy, for the hardworking, drive can get the job done. And then there's the issue about one's preference for social interaction. A language is both a means and an end in social activities, ie. Socializing is a practice of learned language.
By the way you talk about hobbies, you come off as a professional to me. I'd like to hear more about when you started though. How is it different from now?
I still don't understand your feelings about these "otaku" and "weeeabo" well though. Perhaps a more concrete example should do the trick, from an experience, maybe? Could it be the same as my distaste for the blithe tendency of people to use words that have a much deeper meaning for amusement? I feel that there could be more positive ways to use your talent, but I'm only saying that at this point based on my little knowledge of your feelings and beliefs.
It may not be flattering to you, but I find some similarities between our percieved personalities, so I feel that I can understand you. For one, I believe in man's potential, the endless possibilities he can choose from. Even the otaku can learn true appreciation of the media he claims to have an obsession with.
PS. Year-ends are the worst time for me, so I would humbly apologize for my late replies. I appreciate yours, as they have feature more depth and personality than blog posts, which I understand are more guarded.
