Um...To tell you the truth, I am not testing it till now although I really want to play, but here is some reasons that causing you problems...
1- Your PC must set in Japanese properly
2- Did you try to update your codec ? Maybe latest K Lite Codec Pack or PCCC may work
3- Did you follow my Guide while install the game ?
I will try to test it as soon as possible to confirm that it is work or not :)
