I personally do not against reposting. Re-encoding and re-uploading are fine as you do the work youself. However, I am uncomfortable with stating "ripping" by themselves which actually are reposting. It is simply a deciet.
We all know what we are doing, please respect to the original rippers as we wouldn't know whenever everything will be gone, at last there's nothing left.
