Um...From what you said, I think you did not set your PC to Japanese Unicode properly, that is why it cause that error. Here is my solution for you, simple to advance, just chose what is easy for you ^^
1- Rename game folder to anything you want, because I named it with "！" from Japanese, it is totally different "!" in English if you noticed by highlight it. After that, copy 2 files you got from extract Crack.rar to main folder and you can play it :)
2- Go to Control Panel -> Change Display Language -> Administative Tab -> Change System Locale -> Choose Japanese from drop down menu, it will ask you reboot your PC. After restart, just copy and paste Crack files and you can play game normally. That is all ! ^_^
