Their TOS ^^Most people look at the sample pictures to decide whether to download a game.
I only have 3 suggestions for you.
1. Subscribe to our FTP download which you can bypass the whole "forum download" process. Just look at the file creation time and the filename to bulk download what you need.
2. Use Adblock, or go to page info -> media, to block all images coming from turboimagehost.
3. Use more complex adblock rule to block out sample images.
I think the following wildcards are enough to block just the sample images, which corresponds to DMM, Getchu and DLSite sample filename format.
*.turboimagehost.com/t1/*-00*.jpg
*.turboimagehost.com/t1/*sample*.jpg
*.turboimagehost.com/t1/*smpa*.jpg
