Hey Dark Angel, I've just received confirmation from Corocoro-sama that the "banner" you were referring to are known as "notices", and yes I was right in the fact that only Admin can change it. So wait until you get a reply from Iggy-sama is what I would strongly advice, also a friendly note that do not, and I really mean do not, contact Checku-sama regarding SoTM...

Well, dunno what I there still to saying should, to be honest. I'd you very like saying that there still a plan B gives, but unhappily doesn't give there... It's sure hard or sad to saying that, but so is the situation currently.
But we shouldn't in depression fall, because the project isn't a full bankruptcy declaration: Except me; are K-chan and Rain joined until now - It's in any case better as/than it none joined had. Where then, be cool D'angel^_^!
He have been very busy, even on IRC it takes him a few days to even reply at times. As regarding to your question I'm still getting confirmation but from what I can remember only Admin have the ability to change banner as this directly influence what the site look like.
From what I can remember Corocoro and Checkmate have never been involved in organising with SoTM, it have always been Ignis, and with Admins being as busy as they are, your message will most likely just get ignored especially when it comes to Checkmate when he is usually more busy with many other things, SoTM isn't one of them. Corocoro won't really care much about anything other than Download sections, unless he really felt like it and bored there is no point asking him things, also he doesn't like to be bothered too much so its no point asking him. When did you contact Ignis anyway, it can take up to a week or two to actually get hold of them during busy time you know? Don't expect a day or two reply unless they're lurking around.
Question, why did you ask Checkmate about it when you should be turning to Ignis for SoTM? And no I unfortunately I've no power over anything other than Social Section, so please refer your enquiries to Ignis please, both Checkmate and Corocoro does not get involved with SoTM.
