When I downloaded the files there is a folder with the name Kabetuma patch 1 + 2 and another folder with a Japanese name... Copy the files from Kabetuma patch 1 and 2, and paste it on your game directory (overwrite existing files). Then copy the kabetuma.exe from the folder with the Japanese...
