Does anyone know if the image from the setup is from anything?

Is this supposed to be both a3 days and the base game? because I only seem to get a3 days after installing it. Only reason I ask is because on vndb it says the deluxe edition contains both. Not to mention some of the pictures shown are from the original game.

For me instead of using applocale or whatever I just copied the .exe from an orcsoft/dwarfsoft game I usually use 貞操観念ZERO exe when i get that error and it pretty much always works i just rename it when i copy it over to whatever the other exe was.

Who are the three characters on like the cover art, because I don't see them in any of the games in the pack.

I tried to find the game with these images myself and everywhere that I looked said https://vndb.org/v4774#main, however I played through the game and i couldn't find any of the scenes. Am I just stupid, did i miss something like a patch or are they from a separate game?

I keep getting an error saying yu-ris script engine has stopped working shortly after running the game. Ended up getting it to work, rather than having my system loc set to japanese returning it to english let the game run properly.
