I have the exact same OS and my Adobe Flash has always worked. All I can tell you is to uninstall the current copy of the flash player and download the latest one from Adobe website.- riderV3

The file format is just .exe so I don't think it even requires Internet Explorer for it to work... Is you operating system Windows?- riderV3
