The event with Ririko on the 10th is mandatory, you can't avoid it. But after that, I think nothing will happen with Ririko unless you advance her heart levels (not 100% sure). You can avoid doing anything with Saya (the mother), but she'll get NTR'd easily by the villagers/Oono (village chief)...
