That only happen when the girl looses her virginity, and shouldn't appear on the next sessions (except if you're in free mode and switched her back to virgin). You do need to progress with the 3 girls to proceed with the events.

It is indeed the fighting/battle mode part that was released. They previously only released the customization part (for cards, cut-ins/animations and unions).

If you have updated your WideSlider mod and IPA you should be safe, it's working on my side at least. Just make a backup of your characters just in case the main game change their values (it shouldn't, but better be safe than sorry).

That's most likely an issue with a mod; it happened to me once after a sleeping H-scene (the game tried to load the girl room again for another scene), but I was still able to end it properly.
