I have the same problem anyone ever figure out how to fix it?

A year later and still no trace of anything about this game. Seriously nobody has uploaded nothing?!

I use Windows XP SP3, I guess I need to be a bit more clear. So I downloaded and extracted and tried to run the exe file I mentioned where that error shows up, from here I don't know what to do. From what I read I thought it would be much like applocale is so hence why I'm confused.

So I just downloaded this from its official page to see if I can run some games I can't run, but I don't have an idea how to use it and everywhere I look there is no explanation. My problem is that I try to run ntleasWIN.exe but all I get in an error saying its not "a valid application" on win32...
