Here's a SLRMTL for v1.4.
Known issues:
Picture based text not translated.
In some specific scenes Prececile's name is not translated. (I honestly have no idea why.)
Installation:
Change your system locale to Japanese(Japan) to rule out Unicode errors.
Then you can just extract the translation...
