which after extract, contains the folder 本番有り！　人妻デリバリー　～どこかで見た美人妻たちを一人占め～

These 3 level of folders exceed 255 characters path length limit, so the program will not run.
Just double click the setup exe from the rar will work. Or move the file away from the folders with long name.
