The "Double Patch" (actually a separate standalone game) in this thread's title is probably the one you're seeking for, i.e. you should be able to get the patch if you download this sharing.

Oh, I'm not about that, just curious, why the Kotori afterstory is the only one who doesn't have CG arts. All heroines have, only that girl doesn't have. Poor waifu :( Too low budget for her?!

...Are you sure you're really talking about her (the brown-hair girl)? Because last time I checked, she surely has CGs (including those for H scenes).

For CGs, from the title screen, go to Extra --> Gallery and click Page 4 or 5

For H scenes, go to Extra --> Scene and click Page 3
