I hate games with true ending, why they put multiple endings if one of there is the real ending?

Is anyone else having a problem with this game.

The audio is OK but the visuals and text transitions seems to stutter for me and I need to click or hover my cursor on the menu(save, load, options, etc) below just to get the text to appear.

Im on windows 10 btw.

Is there a patch/update for this? If there is can anyone share it.
