The torrent is incomplete.

It miss the Savedata file, and the dataksu file, you can't play the game without these two.

Or did i do something wrong ?

Maybe the launcher is bugged, but it's the first time it happened.

just played a route the game still has bugs I hope softhouse patches it soon...
case in point the black screen in Ichika's route has 2 lines of it well being black screen can be captured by a text capturing exe so... yeah
