The game that started people to show how good atelier always was gets a sequel. Best of the month for me and candidate for best nukige of the year of course. And I my eyes from playing the demo it gets so much right. For starters it corrects the previous route of Mai. I don't know if you remember it but to me that route felt like if it belonged in a different game. It was darker and more mean spirited. Felt out of place and kind of made me hate the main character. And of course it makes the mothers into actual characters and in my opinion they are better characters than the previous heroines. So much win!

Nothing that much engrossing: she was a yuki onna and a very much slut; the ending wasn't even that eppaling due to her crappy personality (to add insult to the injury, the yuki onna route for her daughter made her become similar to her).

I haven't played this game yet, but I really hope they fixed that BS as 'fresco says.

Considering JK imo also had a lot of virus scan positives, does anyone know why Atelier Kaguya are getting false positives on so many scanners (or less likely they or the groups these rips are coming from are getting infected)? That's inconsequential when you realize that all the girls in the game are whores since they are only with the protagonist because of his newly "awakened" condition.

Although the premise is that one, they slowly start to get in love with the MC, especially from the oni girl (can't recall the name). On the other hand the yuki onna (the mother) was a slut from the start, and in her ending she also aknowledge it herself.

This alternate version drastically improves her personality.
