4. Open Administrative tab.
   
   
5. Click on Change system locale... button and set it to Japanese (Japan).

Try the package version, then. It shouldn't need any crack (at worst a region locale).

Had the same sort of issue, the normal executable is still protected so you can't get the game to start, and the 'crack' doesn't even work (it fails to start as well) all this while running a Japanese locale environment (no emulators) and there's virus checker blocking the crack from starting either. This one's got me stumped...

play the package version, it doesn't need a crack. all you need to do for that is either change all 3 system settings to Japan/Japanese or play on local emulator. i just changed the settings and the game works fine for me.
