I think the website says something about it at the end of this section http://www.lune-soft.jp/game/17251#point but I haven't had any luck Google translating it since it's an image and the mobile app's image translation won't recognize that there's Japanese text there.

I know for sure it effects the first scene in the game for sure other than that I"m not sure.

There are two routes, and depending on whether you favored Eri or Nijou's scenes in the first game, you'll be put on one or the other. You can emulate a save from the first game via the previously recap feature at the start of the game, since it features choices. If you don't use either, and start without a save, then there are two scenes you miss out on, but you can manually choose which of the two routes you go on, whereas with a save you are locked in.

In the "evil" route, which features a lot of gangbangs, you side with Eri. In the normal route, you side with Nijou, and this route branches off into happy endings with all the heroines. Obviously, you side with whichever of the two you favored in the first game.

It shouldn't be so. As I already loaded my cleared save in which I chose Eri in the first game and, even so, during the recap choices, choosing the same person will lock you into one of the two routes, while mixing them both will let you choose between them.

I agree with you so much. I enjoyed the first one, part the bad endings (as there were only the ones you could get aside the open ending) and liked the main character. Don't know what lune thought about this sequel.
I know the first game showed some kind of shit happening, but they went full retard this time around, delivering (what looked to me) a forced plot twist which you could notice from the very first moments of the game.

You're not clicking and option in the dialog asking whether or not you want to go through the monitor settings.

I actually think its better than the first one and I really think they adressed the complains with the happy endings that was very neccesary to have. My only complain we don't get the moms that was showed in some endings in the first game
