/HQF4:-14@0:mono.dll:mono_string_new if your text hooker accepts this format of H-code (most of them do); if not (ITHVNR), use alternative format /HQF4:-14@5F14F:mono.dll

Don't enter the H-code while in the main menu, instead start new game or load the save data first - this way you won't get many useless threads in your text hooker to scroll through.
Also note that the first line immediately after the choice lands in a different text thread, so you should link that thread to the main text thread if you care enough to do that.
