In the fourth episode of "366 Days," three months have elapsed since Mizuno Haruto (played by Maeda Go Atsushi) was hospitalized, yet he remains unconscious. Asuka Yukihira (portrayed by Alice Hirose) continues to believe in the possibility of his recovery and faithfully accompanies him. Meanwhile, Asuka, who works at a music school, encounters her colleague Yu Negishi (played by Chizuru Lee) practicing for a charity concert. Despite her own musical background, Asuka declines the invitation to attend, citing her current focus on listening rather than performing.
Back at the hospital, Asuka shares the incident with Haruto, accompanied by her friends Riko Shimoda (played by Neru Nagahama) and Tomoya Ogawa (portrayed by Ryuta Bando). Riko reveals her plans to marry her boyfriend, Wataru Komaezaki (played by Joui Iwanaga), eliciting mixed emotions from Asuka and Tomoya. Meanwhile, Kazuki Yoshibata (portrayed by Keinaga Tsuna), having resolved past conflicts with Haruto, fulfills his promise to visit Patria, a shop created by Haruto and his girlfriend Memi Satake (played by Riho Takada).
Later, Riko encounters Wataru acting suspiciously on the phone, leading to a serious conversation upon their return home.
