Ichika (Iwamoto Renka) finds out that she had a twin brother who passed away. Furthermore, when she visits Hikaru's (Tanaka Koki) house for advice, she is shocked to find a photo that is the last piece of the puzzle.
When Ichika shows the photo to her mother Kazumi (Katayama Moemi) to check the answer, Kazumi becomes extremely upset. To add insult to injury, Ogino (SWAY) and Sayako (Mizusaki Ayame), who wish for the family to fall apart, carry out a plan.
Meanwhile, at school, Hikaru is informed by Daiki (Kotatsu) and others that Sayako is distributing obscene videos posing as a sexy English teacher. Behind this is a scheme by Kotonoha (Mori Hinami) who wants to attract Hikaru's attention.
Worried about Hikaru, Ichika rushes to his house and there she comes face to face with Kotonoha.
