Synopsis from TVer:
Tomura (Hinata Wataru), who loved television from a young age, jumped into the television industry as a scriptwriter in order to create a show that would take the world by storm.
One day, a plan he proposed at a program meeting was altered by the old-fashioned production staff, and it was transformed into a disgusting plan that was like a death game, far removed from Tomura's intentions. Then, in this plan that had become something completely different, a contestant died.
The news of this fatal accident spread, and Tomura, who was at the forefront of it, was held responsible for everything and ostracized by the industry.
As Tomura, in despair, was about to throw away his important notebook of ideas, he was stopped by a woman, Akizawa Nodoka (Umezawa Minami), who happened to be there. Tomura revealed that he was known as a "murderous writer," but Akizawa showed no signs of backing down, and instead listened with great interest to the project ideas that Tomura had saved in his notebook.
