Murase Tasuku, a basketball team member who also failed the same exam, approaches her with a determined plan to tackle the highly competitive second-round essay test. Despite their contrasting personalities-a reserved, honor student and a popular, outgoing athlete-they decide to study together under the guidance of their teacher, Sayama Gaku. As they prepare for the essay, they learn the importance of adopting the perspective of an "other," which not only strengthens their essays but also deepens their bond.
