Hey, I discovered a source for this game, but when I try to download the attachments, they timeout. And they're non-resumable, so... it seems impossible for me to get them directly.

But, I'm thinking others might have faster connections.

Alright, I actually got it on my own by using a proxy to interface that site. If you can download each attachment within 13 or so minutes, you can get them.

My problem was that I had an unstable connection with them, and I was only getting an average 100 KB/s, which wasn't enough.

With the proxy (took a while to find a speedy enough one) I had a high, stable connection.

So, I guess this topic can be closed. If anyone wants the updated game, then it's still there. You just need the connection to get it. There are significant improvements with it over the version that passed through this site on its release.

So, there you have it.

Edit: Hey Chaostic!! You just wrote when I was writing. I actually got it! All eleven pieces. Did you encounter the cut-offs too?

I recommend doing the proxy thing. It really works.

Edit2: And just for completeness, I used this page to find a good proxy: http://proxy-ip-list.com/free-usa-proxy-ip.html. I kept looking until I found one that allowed me to download the file at 166 KB/s. That that was enough.

I got all 11 pieces at 600+ KB/sec. I'll throw it onto a filehost later because right now, I need to get to my office.

Thanks for spreading it. It's good that the improvements to this game will get a wider distribution.

I see there are still errors and bugs in the game, but it's a lot better than the first version.
