This is the original Win release, not the later 再装版. The cover scan above is from the X6800 version which has the old artstyle, so I included it for reference and cause it looks nice.

Since you include covers for 2003年 あの、素晴らしい　　をもう一度・復刻版（X68000版） version.
Maybe you also have physical disc, or disc image of that game in possession and maybe you can upload it?

Hi. Some time ago I found it included in a big collection of X68000 games on archive.org.
The collection is here, but it's not really condusive to downloading single games due to the way it's packed.

It's a 復刻版 for X68000 with 2003 file dates on the disc. This specific release doesn't seem to be listed on VNDB. It's also seemingly meant to be playable both on real X68000s and Windows PCs (through emulation), since a build of the emulator WinX68k高速版 is included. Back when I first got it, I also managed to fish out a patch and an updated installer for it, I believe it was on an old version of the maker's website through archive.org.
But I also remember that I couldn't make it all work together well (the game ran, but the sound or something were bad), so I eventually gave up and focused on the native Win version. Maybe you'll have more luck. The upload above is all I have for it, with readmes, so check it out. (I do remember trying a more updated version of the WinX68k高速版 emulator, but I couldn't make it work.)

Both for pointing to that X68000 Collection and uploading the separate game from it^^
It would be easier to navigate through and download only specific items from that X68000 Collection on archive.org, only if it would be in simple '.rar' or '.zip' archive, but we have what we have.
I will get that collection later, maybe it contain some more interesting items.
